The Secretary of State encourages business owners to take advantage of filing their company’s annual report through the State’s online portal at One Stop Business Portal. Online filing saves time and provides immediate and accurate integration of customers’ updates into the Secretary of State’s database. You also receive an electronic confirmation when any business filing is approved by our office.
Annual Reports are required for all active Limited Liability Companies formed on or before December 31 of the previous year which have not terminated or withdrawn.
Annual Report notifications are mailed or emailed by Secretary of State's office in January each year.
The Annual Report requires update managers or members authorized to sign filings, addresses, agent of process, and other important information deemed necessary by the Secretary of State.
Administrative dissolution or revocation notice may be mailed for LLCs that fail to file.
An additional $1.00 online processing fee will apply to all online filings.

If received after July 1: $75.00 (includes $50.00 late fee)
