Important Notice to Candidates and PACs

Pursuant to the passage of SB 622, several major changes to the West Virginia campaign finance laws go into effect June 7, 2019. Among the changes, there are new quarterly reporting deadlines for all candidates and committees, mandatory $10/day fines for any late reports (and late filers’ names shall be published to the public), increased contribution limits, and joint fundraising activities are now permitted.

Important: The campaign finance reporting system is not compatible with Internet Explorer. Please use a different browser to file your campaign finance reports.
