Open Public Comment Periods

The following rules, both new and amended, have public comment periods that are open. The authorized agency is currently accepting comments.

For instructions on submitting a comment, click on the link to the rule. The Notice of Public Comment Period will contain the address and/or email address where comments must be sent as well as the deadline for receiving them. Public hearing information is included when applicable.
