Online Filing
You may apply the expedite service option of your choosing during the online filing process at the West Virginia One Stop Business Portal. The applicable fee will be added to your shopping cart filing at the time of payment.
Filings That Cannot Be Expedited
The filings listed below cannot be expedited due to the nature of the filing processes for these types of filings.
- Dissolution — Domestic corporation, voluntary association or business trust
- Withdrawal — Foreign corporation, voluntary association or business trust
- Licensing Division filings including:
- Private Investigators and Security Guards
- Marriage Celebrants
- Athlete Agents
- Trademarks and Service Marks
- Emblems
- Scrap Metal Dealers
- Exception: Credit Service Organizations, Purchasers of Future Payments, and Consumer Litigation Financier filings may be expedited as they are filed through the Business Division.
