eRules Filing and Training
The Governor issued a Regulatory Moratorium Executive Order for rule making. This does not apply to rules that have already started the process. For specific information, you should contact the Governor's office.
Welcome to the eRules Online Rule Filing.
You must have an Universal Access Account to be able to use eRules and also you must submit a completed original paper copy of the Electronic Filing of Rules Authorization Form to the Secretary of State (SOS) showing exactly which title number and rule(s) you have the ability to change or add.
After the Legislative Rule Making Review Committee approves a rule as modified, the agency has 10 business days to file a modified rule.
